Our story.
This is the story of two guys with a passion for music and drums who wanted to find an electronic drum that lived up to their expectations. So in 2018, they set out on a mission : to find the best E-Drum model with the feel of an acoustic kit.
After more than a year of research and following severeal disappointments in terms of production, price and modifications of some purchased products to try to improve them, they decided to build their own model, always with the sole purpose of doing it for them.
The more they talked about their project to their friends who where also drum enthusiasts, the more the project came to life, as they refined their model, one by one, based on their friends’ comments. The first E-Drum model was released in 2020 with some problems, but the feeling was there. They continued to improve their electronic drum model, so that it would be durable and of better quality. And that’s when the idea of having their own E-Drum manufacturing company came up. Soon after, Maxime and Jonathan officially started Major Drums.
After several years of trial and error with passionate drummers, some of whom are well know in the art world, they finally found their way.
Now they are ready to show you their handmade electronic drums assembled in Canada (Quebec). Each tom, each cymbol displays the distinctive imprint of authenticity, durability and timelessness with color choices that will thrill you.
