“When will my order be delivered?”

At Major Drums, we understand that delivering your order in a timely and pristine manner is just as important as offering the best products for your needs. Please note that all of our Major Drums kits, individual drums, cymbals, and triggers are custom-built to order, which means that they are not off-the-shelf products. As a result, we ask for a timeframe of 8-16 weeks to complete your order for drums, and 4-8 weeks for triggers and cymbals. Once your order is completed, we will book it for delivery and send you an email, including a tracking number, to let you know that it is ready for dispatch.

We work with a number of professional couriers who specialize in delivering delicate items within Canada, the USA, and beyond, as required. Most deliveries are made within one day of completion, excluding weekends, and we will provide you with an exact delivery date and courier details as soon as they become available.

For added peace of mind, all goods that we send are fully traceable, and we offer the option of insuring any goods in transit.

Order cancellations

For any custom drum kit build orders (Complete Kits, Individual Drums, Shell packs etc); as these products are made bespoke to your specifications and we may need to order in special parts or wrap, we regret that we cannot always accept order cancellations.
